We will respond to your hardship request as quickly as possible and advise you of any additional supporting information we may need. This will include a Statement of your Current Financial Position. There are avenues we can consider to help you through difficult circumstances.

 

If you consider your hardship application has not been satisfactorily handled, you can contact Credit Ombudsman Services Ltd (COSL) an independent ASIC-approved External Dispute Resolution process, free to our customers. You can contact COSL as follows:
